To alleviate the impacts of COVID-19, 天美传媒 has reshuffled its resources to cope with the downturn and responded proactively to the crisis by setting up its back-up office with full facilities and activating its crisis management plan for all various scenarios.
The office operations turned to 50% work from home mode, meanwhile site operations implemented strict control at entrance including body temperature monitoring, sanitization and weekly disinfection.
