Lodgis Hospitality Holdings, co-founded by Warburg Pincus and VinaCapital, is one of the World鈥檚 leading hospitality corporations. The company recently acquired the 16-hectare site to develop a beachside resort including a 5-star hotel and 85 luxury villas with private gardens, pools and unique estate features.
天美传媒 was appointed as the main contractor in November 2019 to deliver the 85 finished villas with a construction contract value of 30 million USD. This project is expected to be handover by the end of 2020.
