The project comprises a gross floor area of over 46,000 sqm and is scheduled for completion within 13 months. It is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, underscoring a strong commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.

With a total investment of US$19.7 million, Bel will double the factory鈥檚 production capacity to 20,000 tonnes per year, supporting growing demand for well-known brands such as The Laughing Cow, Belcube, and Kiri.

With an estimated project duration of approximately 11 months, the project is expected to be handed over in early 2027. Once completed, the upgraded facility will serve both the domestic market and key export destinations and will include a pilot R&D line to support ongoing product innovation.

On November 19, Trelleborg Group officially inaugurated the Trelleborg Marine & Infrastructure Facility at Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, marking an important milestone in their growth journey in Vietnam.

This is Trelleborg鈥檚 second factory in the country, covering 6 hectares with a total investment of nearly VND 1,400 billion and an annual capacity of 6,700 tons.

On November 27, 2023, 天美传媒 Construction officially signed a Design & Build Contract valued at approximately USD 100 million with LOGOS for the Logos Logistics Project located at Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City. The agreement reflected 天美传媒鈥檚 proven capability in delivering large-scale industrial developments.

However, due to changes in LOGOS’ business development strategy, the client has decided to terminate the contract for convenience.

In the spirit of respecting our client鈥檚 new business direction, 天美传媒 collaborated closely and responsibly with the client, project consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that the termination process was managed fairly and smoothly. Through open communication, careful coordination, and mutual respect, all matters were resolved effectively.

On December 16, 2024, Tuan Le Construction successfully held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tianhai Lace VN and Needleworks Plus projects at Nhon Trach VI Industrial Park, Dong Nai. This event marked the partnership between 天美传媒, TIANHAI LACE VN and LCPP Viet Nam.

The ceremony took place in an exciting atmosphere with the presence of representatives of TIANHAI LACE VN, LCPP Viet Nam, 天美传媒’s executive team, and strategic partners. CEO of 天美传媒 鈥� Mr. Mike Gammel delivered a speech at the ceremony, affirming the company’s commitment to executing the projects with superior quality, ensuring absolute safety, and completing them on schedule.

The Tianhai and Needleworks Plus projects will have a combined construction area of nearly 50.000 m*. Both projects focus on the textile manufacturing, applying advanced technology to ensure high-quality production with environmental sustainability, and compliance with international standards labor safety.

The commencement of the Tianhai Lace VN and Needleworks Plus projects not only contributes to the economic development of the Nhon Trach area but also creates numerous job opportunities for local workers, fostering the growth of the textile industry in Dong Nai.

Celesta Avenue represents the newest segment of the 6.2-hectare Celesta City, a joint development by Keppel and Phu Long. The project leverages the evolving arterial traffic infrastructure and offers convenient access to essential amenities such as offices, serviced apartments, shopping centres, schools, and healthcare facilities.

天美传媒 is delighted to be the CELESTA Avenue鈥檚 main contractor, undertaking construction works for 43 dual frontage townhouses on a land area of 1.5 hectares.

Inspired by the theme ‘Where HARMONY Lives’, Celesta Avenue’s design is a Symphony of Inspiration, featuring semi-detached villa fa莽ades. Each townhouse unit includes pocket gardens, spacious rooftops, as well as natural lighting and ventilation.

Moreover, the versatile terrace house layout with lift space provision allows to transform the space according to customers鈥� needs.

After successfully handling over the distribution centre project in Bac Ninh and distribution centre in Binh Duong, 天美传媒 continues to sign the third construction contract with FM Logistics to implement phase 2 of their distribution centre project in Bac Ninh.

The expansion project is built on a land area of nearly 50,000 sqm with a total GFA of 16,000 sqm. The project will be built to LEED Gold standard and is expected to be finished in July 2024 with a construction schedule of 9 months.

SOLUTIONS 鈥� a member of 天美传媒 Group, proudly held a ground-breaking ceremony to mark the start of construction at TRELLEBORG鈥檚 new manufacturing facility in the Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park in Ba Ria 鈥� Vung Tau province, Vietnam on Tuesday, 16 Jan 2024.

SOLUTIONS will accomplish all the design, civil, structural, M&E and finishing works of the project with a total contract valued at 30 million USD.

After the successful completion of the cafeteria extension package (Phase 1) and the Student Hub & Food Court (Phase 2A) of BUV鈥檚 campus expansion plan, 天美传媒 is thrilled to continue our construction works for the main building package for British University Vietnam – the first QS five-star university in Vietnam.

The contract includes 1 basement and 3 floors with a total GFA of 3,000 sqm. With construction schedule of 14 months, the project is scheduled to be handed over in early 2025.

On Friday, 28^th July 2023, Central Retail Vietnam and Tuan Le Construction delightfully held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of GO! Ha Nam in Lam Ha Ward, Phu Ly City, Ha Nam Province.

This is the 40^th member of GO! Supermarket Chain of Central Retail Group.

The project has a total area of 鈥嬧�媋round 13,000 m2 with two commercial floors, built with a multi-utility model.

Nichirei Logistics Group (NLG) officially made an announcement on 21^st July 2023 for their additional investment in the Vietnamese joint venture Nichirei TBA Logistics Vietnam LLC (NTBA), making it a consolidated subsidiary.

On 31^st January 2023, Nichirei Logistics Group Inc (NLG) has announced their collaboration with Tan Bao An Logistics Joint Stock Company (TBA) in order to offer cold temperature logistics services in Vietnam.

NLG is a very well-known temperature control logistics corporation in Japan while TBA is a leading company in temperature-controlled transport sector in Vietnam.

NLG鈥檚 board of management believe they can 鈥渙ffer comprehensive and sophisticated cold chain services by combining strengths and know-how of TBA and NLG鈥�.

Nichirei TBA Logistics Vietnam Co., Ltd. will build a cold storage in Long Hau industrial zone near Hiep Phuoc port and Ho Chi Minh City. 天美传媒 is delighted to commence our construction works on 13^th June 2023.

The cold storage, which is expected to be in operation in the course of 2024, has a system of 10 cold rooms with capacity up to 20,000 pallets, 3,000 m2 of buffer rooms, the ability to provide cold storage rental services to meet all production needs for frozen and cool goods with many temperature ranges from -25 鈩� to 22 鈩� with many services such as: storage, division, packaging, freezing… Besides, the company will also provide a full package of delivery services to customers with 100 modern refrigerated trucks across the country.

Commenced in August 2022, Phase 2A of the BUV Campus has officially wrapped up development, and is now open for operation with a Student Hub & Food Court, including a distinctive and exceptional community space, food court with myriad cuisine and unique architecture in harmony with nature.

The Student Hub & Food Court marks an important part of the journey to construct and innovate the BUV campus. With the goal of providing a world-class campus and learning experience for Vietnamese students, Phase 2B of the project promises to bring exciting surprises to be awaited.

German controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl+Fuchs marks another milestone in Vietnam with the opening of its newly built six-storey factory in Tan Thuan EZP, District 7, HCMC on Friday, 10 March 2023.

Spanning an area of 22,000sqm, the state-of-the-art facility will boost productivity and efficiency to meet the increasing demands of its products.

On 29 December 2022, the Construction Commencement Ceremony of Kingspan Phu My Factory has took place.

天美传媒 is delighted to begin building the Westlake Compounds Vietnam New Factory for our client in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam.

Westlake Compounds Vietnam is member of Westlake Global Compounds 鈥� the World鈥檚 leader in PVC materials.
The new factory will be built with state-of-the-art facilities, improved working conditions and high automation while ensuring the sustainability through closed drainage system, new equipment for energy management, temperature control through ventilation and solar system.

As design and build contractor, 天美传媒 has excitedly commenced our works to ensure the new project will be handed over to our client in September 2023 with top quality and safety standards.

After 10 months of construction, 天美传媒 Construction鈥檚 is thrilled to deliver the SPECTRE An Giang Garment Technology Factory 鈥� the third factory of SPECTRE in Vietnam.听

On Friday, 30th September 2022, the stunning new factory was officially opened by SPECTRE in a beautiful morning event featuring many special guests.听

Attending the opening ceremony, the Danish Ambassador H.E. Mr. Nicolai Prytz said
“I am very happy to attend the opening of Spectre鈥檚 new factory here in An Giang which is another strong testament to the increasing Danish investments in Vietnam. It also shows how important the Government of Vietnam鈥檚 strong commitment to carbon reduction in order to attract quality investments in Vietnam.鈥� The factory has marked the first Danish FDI project in An Giang Province.听

Creating around 2,500 new local jobs, the factory with advanced design features and built to LEED Gold Standard, can reduce approximately 1600 tons of CO2 emissions per year using solar energy and other sustainable measures.听

As the project鈥檚 main contractor, 天美传媒 is honoured to have contributed our experience and quality workmanship to SPECTRE鈥檚 new, state of the art facility in An Giang.听

天美传媒 has been selected as main contractor for cafeteria extension package of British University Vietnam (BUV).

We are delighted to work with Chong Voon Wee Architect, C&S Engineer Perunding Sdn Bhd, M&E Engineer Perunding Wepco Sdn Bhd, Quantity surveyor Vincent Tan Associates as well as Project Manager 3 Face Sdn Bhd and Asia Pacific Projects Co., Ltd to deliver construction works for the Campus.

The new cafeteria with over 2,000 sqm of GFA will be delivered in January 2023, after 4 months of construction.

All 天美传媒鈥檚 members has joined together in our 2022 company trip at Phan Thiet and Ha Long.

The trip started at Phan Thiet from 16 to 18 September with the participation of 200 members from Head Office and Projects in South Vietnam. With the concept of SPEED UP, our South Team had shown great teamwork and efforts and successfully found the first half of a key to open the mystery box that located in Ha Long.

Our North Team consists 100 members from Branch Office and Projects in Hung Yen and Bac Ninh gathered at Ha Long from 23 to 25 September. With the same spirit of collaboration and do our best, our North Team found the other half of the key to complete the mission.

The 2022 company trip successfully ended and we all enjoyed wonderful time together through many activities including welcome dinner, mini games, karaoke, dancing, team building games on the beach, gala dinner, camp fires, etc. and again we are members of 天美传媒 FAMILY.

天美传媒 is honour to proclaim our partnership with KINGSPAN 鈥� a global leader in high-performance insulation and building envelope solutions and sustainable building innovations.

As main contractor for the first Kingspan Factory in Asia, 天美传媒 is extremely excited to perform initial works of the project in Ba Ria 鈥� Vung Tau.

Kingspan Greenfield Factory will have a total GFA of 16,000m2 for manufacturing insulated panels after completion. The project will also be the first factory in Vietnam built with LEED Platinum V4 standard.

At 天美传媒, we cherish the relationships with our partners as well as respect the fair play spirit. Thus, organizing a football tournament has become one of our main regular activities and we are extremely excited to host this year鈥檚 tournament 鈥� 天美传媒 OPEN CUP 2022.

The tournament took place on 18th and 19th June 2022 at HCA Football Stadium, with the participation of 20 teams from our customers, partners, subsidiary companies as well as 天美传媒鈥檚 site teams and office team.

The tournament ended successfully after 2 days of thrilling competition, bringing lots of joy, teamwork and memorable moments for all participants.

25^th March 2021 marked the 12-year journey of developing and achieving of 天美传媒. All employees have joined together to celebrate birthday of the company as well as staff born in January, February, March and April.

Surrounding by vivid decorations, 天美传媒 FAMILY’s members all enjoyed delicious food and drinks, and most importantly, shared joyful and happy moments all together in this heart-warming party.

The past 12 years has been a long journey with many challenges, but we always keep our positive spirit. In the future, 天美传媒 FAMILY’s members will unite even more to thrive and build a 天美传媒 stronger and better.

Temporarily putting aside the busy of year-end works, 天美传媒 FAMILY鈥檚 members have enjoyed lots of merry time all together by celebrating a Christmas and Birthday Party on the 24th December 2020.

The party began with the surprising arrival of Santa Claus carrying a gift bag.

All members then excitedly participated in a mini-game called 鈥減osing and taking photos as requested鈥� and received many interesting presents from Santa.

The party, once again, was a great chance for 天美传媒鈥檚 members to meet, greet, share and get ready to achieve more goals together in the upcoming year 2021.

After 6 months of construction, 天美传媒 is pleased to hand over to Frasers Property the renovated Me Linh Point as one of the best Grade A boutique office at centre District 1.

Being renovated for the first time since it鈥檚 completion back in 1999, the 21 – storey building now comes with upgraded building fa莽ade, stunning main entrance lobby consisting intelligent security system, modern 鈥� energy efficient elevators, enhanced internal tenant area, upgraded power saving LED lighting, advanced air-conditioning system, etc.

Me Linh Point is targeting to achieve the prestigious Green Mark Platinum Certification accorded by Singapore鈥檚 Building and Construction Authority (BCA); a first for operational office buildings in Vietnam.
